What you will do
You will pick up real tickets on live software and ship them. Small at first, larger as you find your feet. You will sit with the people reviewing your code, which is the fastest way anyone learns this work.
At the end you will have something you can point at and say you built it. That is worth more than a certificate, and we will give you the certificate too.
What we are looking for
- Final-year students, or recent graduates who want to build before they commit
- Some evidence you enjoy this — a project, a repository, a thing you made because you wanted to
- Available to be in the office; this is not remote
The honest part
Internships here are paid, but modestly. We keep them small because proper mentoring does not scale, and an unmentored intern is just cheap labour. If it goes well for both of us, it is the most likely route into a full-time role.
