What you will do
You will work on the software we build and run — our own product, the systems around it, and the client work that comes through the door. Web apps, mobile apps, automation. Real users, real deadlines, from your first month.
Everything you write gets reviewed by someone who has shipped and run production systems before. That is the point of the job: you learn by building things that matter, not by watching tutorials.
What we are looking for
- You have built something and can explain why you built it that way
- You are comfortable with at least one language, and not precious about which
- You write clearly — most engineering is explaining things to other people
- You are based in or willing to relocate to Srinagar
A degree helps. It is not the thing we weigh most.
What we do not expect
- Years of experience — this role is for freshers, and we mean it
- A polished CV or a cover letter
- Knowledge of our exact stack; we will teach you that
The honest part
We are a small, young company. You will get unusual responsibility early and more direct mentoring than a large firm would give you. You will not get the salary a large firm would give you. If that trade is wrong for you right now, no hard feelings.
